The course is delivered ONLINE as a series of modules of 2-4 hours each.

The training course program is expanded by preliminary self-training and “homework.” This allows the most efficient use of time in the training sessions for discussions, and individual and group exercises.
This training incorporates many concepts of “training from the back of the room”, in which the participants say and do more than the instructor: short blocks of theory alternate with practice and exercises.

Course participants have combined dozens (often hundreds) of years of industry experience, and sharing that experience and gaining diverse points of view is an important part of group work. Groups change throughout the course, so you will have the chance to work with different participants.

Since the training is based on group work and exercises, your presence and participation are critical not only for your individual results but also for the success of other group members.

When communicating, it is not inspiring to speak with an abstract voice, you want not only to hear but also to see others. Your camera must be on at all times during the course (excluding breaks). Also, for ease of communication, use your first and last name when naming on zoom (you can rename yourself even after joining the meeting). In addition to the first and last name, the city, and country are often added to the name.

Since many discussions, exercises, and discoveries occur in groups (in breakout rooms), recording a course will not substitute the experience gained or make up for your absence. In addition, recording is prohibited by the rules of some institutions, managing courses, for example, Kanban University. So the courses are not recorded.

The course is quite tight in terms of timing and load. Therefore, if you had any work activities planned for this time, please reschedule them. Important: during the training, the participant can miss no more than 4 hours (in total) for admission to certification (for 16h course, and proportionally for shorter and longer courses). Please do not do this unless absolutely necessary and only with the notification of the instructor. For more extended absences, we will not be able to issue a certificate of course completion. Also, we will not refund the cost of the ticket.

All the rules, in short form, in a list:

  1. Your nickname in zoom should contain your first and last name;
  2. Your camera must be on at all times during the course (except for breaks);
  3. If you are away from the computer (tablet or phone), the camera is not turned on (or turned on and you are not there), or you do not respond to requests to turn on the camera and microphone, do not update your nickname in accordance with item 1, we exclude you from the conference without warning. Come back in when you’re ready to participate.
  4. Your passing of the final test is obligatory;
  5. If you are absent for more than 4 hours (cumulatively, for 16h course, and proportionally for shorter and longer courses) during the course or if you do not complete the final test, we will not issue a certificate of course completion. In this case, the cost of participation is not refundable.
  6. Recording of the training is not carried out.

By registering for a course, you accept these rules.
