Just a few weeks back I participated in a great conference – Kanban Eurasia 2020. It was an official Kanban University conference. It took place in Minsk, Belarus – which serves as an excellent neutral location, being open and welcoming visitors from all countries in the region.
Overall it was a 3 days event. With the first 2 days close to the usual conference and then 3rd additional day of daily workshops.
I was impressed with the level of both speakers (solid interesting presentations based on deep experience) and the audience (practitioners, interested in improving work in their organizations). I hope some photos could show the great atmosphere of the conference:
I was privileged to close the first day of the conference with a keynote: “Kanban is no rescue”. I’ve shared some of my thoughts on the challenges of evolutionary changes and how to overcome those… The presentation was made in Russian. Here are the slides:
and the video (in Russian):
Already looking forward to next year’s event.
