This is a registration form for Flight Levels Academy’s certification courses which will be taught by Kirill Klimov, FLG.

Registration with this form indicates your willingness to participate in the course and pre-book your seat. The final booking takes place after payment confirmation.

Attendance any of a FL2D/FL3D/FLSA/FLCL course assumes a previous attendance of a FLIN course. This is a mandatory requirement. For FL2D and FL3D price, FLIN online course is included.

Payment preference *

In case of cancelation 30 days or more before the start of the course, 100% of the ticket price is refunded. In case of cancelation in the interval of 30-14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the ticket price is refunded. If canceled less than 14 days in advance, the ticket will not be refunded.
